I enjoyed the character writing in this book. It was fun to see the character perspectives switch. It kept me engaged.
The whole boy band thing was super fun to read. Reminds me of boy band fanfics back when boy bands were super big.
I was a little frustrated that the main conflict of the story is one you can predict from the title alone (the coming-out conflict).
Perhaps that was the point but I don’t like predicting the ending of a book before I’ve even read it.
Luckily, this didn’t thwart me ‘cus the book had several other interesting conflicts.
