I did it. It took me a year, but I've finally finished Moby Dick.
And you know what? It was actually worth it.
That ending is going to stay with me for some time and even though I knew how it ended I still thought it packed a punch. And along the way I learned a shit ton about whales and that Melville does not appreciate artists who paint whale tales inaccurately.
