Star Wars, Vol. 1: Skywalker Strikes by Jason Aaron

(I read the single issues - not the volume).
Though at first I was disappointed because I thought it would pick up after Return of the Jedi (it's set between A New Hope and The Empire Strikes Back) but once I was involved in the series I just couldn't put it down.
It's well put-together and it was a great introduction into the New Canon of Star Wars for me.
At times the I felt like the story was dragging, but only on a few occasions.
