Whoops, forgot to mark that I finished last night. Did not enjoy it at all. The only reason it's getting two stars instead of one is that it was competently written (as in, this person knows how to string sentences together, not that the way she did evoked any emotion in me at all, but it's at least something!)
This book was so BLAH. So many interesting ingredients, and the least interesting options were taken in using all of them. I did not care about these people, they were cardboard people walking around the "plot" of this book. The sex scenes were just porn, as in, let's stop any plot or character growth for some graphic unsexy sex and then when everyone's finished we'll start it back up again. Characters don't stop being characters when they are sexing!
If this was your first Omegaverse, do yourself a favor and ask someone who has read a lot of it where you should start. There are all kinds and something for everyone, just like with regular romance!
I won't be reading any more of this author's books.
