The Occasional Human Sacrifice: Medical Experimentation and the Price of Saying No by Carl Elliott

The subject matter was interesting. I learned about new things. I don’t feel like there were any good takeaways. At times it felt like a pity party, and if anything it felt like it was discouraging people from becoming whistleblowers. It was good to get an unfiltered look at how whistleblowing can ruin the whistleblower’s life and not everyone feels positively in the end.
