Another great book! I love Vee Taylor! Her books never disappoint!!! I love this world, the characters. Oh and the spicy talk. I was swooning!

This is Maria Romance is a salacious read. This is a stand alone in the Marchetti Men series. The romance in this book is a reluctance for more, that has a deep attraction. This book is spicy, with lots of spicy scenes and spicy language. The book moves at a quick pace following Maeve as she fights to keep custody of her children by starting a fake relationship with Christian. Theyve known each other for years, and have only been friends. Regardless of the simmering attraction. As time progresses things heat up, and remaining friends may not be as easy as they thought. Maeve is a single mom who gave up a career to be a stay at home mom before being blind sided by ex husbands infidelity. This leads her to having to start over. Christian is a vetran with a hard past, and traumatic experience from his time in service. This leads him to be more closed off with his heart. This book is set in the same world as the previous books in the series, drenched in a mafia crime lifestyle.
