Really really enjoyed this. Disguised as a typical crime thriller, it's actually extremely well written. Big on intensity and dynamic characters. I listened to the audiobook, which used different actors for the male and female roles. Highly recommend the audio if you can. I finished this and immediately reserved the second in the series from my local library.
