Despite the rating I liked the book. I just didn't like it as much as I like Ahern's other books. there was a lot of mystery, which I loved. Maybe I expected a different outcome... anyway, I loved that, because it made me want to read on. However, sometimes it still felt like the story dragged on even if the book was fairly short at 320 pages. It's a nice read, but it's not my favorite.
