Mixed feelings. I loved the dialogue and the characters felt very real and  authentic and handled the turmoil well but the writing style is very simple and detached and tried to make deep observations about life when it really wasn’t earned and just came off as pretentious lol. Also Bobbi is the most annoying character and didn’t feel real she just felt annoying. Sally Rooney’s books do make me think so I keep coming back to them just not as much as she might want me to.

WOULDVE BEEN BETTER AS A PLAY FIGHT ME
