A Spark of Light by Jodi Picoult
2.0
Jodi Picoult is one of my favorite authors. Her last book, Small Great Things is still sticking with me a year later.
I loved that she took on this very controversial subject, and as always, did serious research to understand all views.
I also liked the characters quite a bit.
I think the issue for me may have been the story being told in reverse chronological order. It didn't flow well for me and I felt like I missed information. It felt disjointed.
I am a little broken-hearted to write that. The cover is so beautiful and I couldn't wait to get my hands on this book!
