Secret’s Kiss by E.M. Shue was a fantastic read! It’s the fourth book in the Securities International series but it’s my first book of this series and from this author. I will admit that in the beginning I found it a bit hard to wrap my head around everything that was going on but with time everything started to click. Even though I hadn’t read the first three books I still felt invested in this story and I even managed to really connect with these characters and I found myself super intrigued by all of the supporting characters as well. I will definitely be going back to read the beginning of this series.
This story is action-packed, surprising, dark and very entertaining. It’s full of twist and turns that had me sitting on the edge of my seat wondering what was going to happen next. Plus, there’s plenty of detail that helped me picture everything playing out in my mind. I honestly can’t wait to read the rest of this series and I would definitely recommend this book to others.
