Really wanted to like this one - did appreciate the writing itself and liked the concept, but wish we could have gotten a totally different perspective on this story so rating 2.5 or 3 stars. Found this book very boring and hard to stick with, surprised we didn't even get to the Titanic until ~80%, and overall would have loved to read this story way more if the focus were shifted to more post-Titanic and how our main character carried on after. Read half and then switched to audio to get through it in time for my book club - main perk there was, easy one to listen to at 1.5x speed :)
