I can’t get over this story! This is a standalone, but this story had me completely captivated. From the plot, to the characters I couldn’t get enough. This is my first read from Rhea Watson and I can assure you it won’t be my last!
Eve, our FMC was an absolute peach to read about. She was strong-willed, and passionate. Being through so much, but being able to make the best of it in the end. She was able to keep her mind on her and her men’s survival. The male leads, Luther and Oryn were so adorable! I love myself a cinnamon roll alpha. Make it two!? I’m sold! They had suffered so much. Sold, and kept captive. Having to suppress their most primal instincts. They are both super strong, mentally and physically. Their love for Eve made my heart soar. Willing to protect her through anything even though they were suffering too.
I think the plot was very interesting. The world and the conflict between supes and humans was unique for me! I did enjoy it. Knowing shifters were going extinct, especially the tigers, and the lengths people will go in order to preserve that species is disgusting. For others who would like to read this, read trigger warnings before diving in. Cannot wait for the next story Rhea Watson! Will 100% devour it like I did this one.
