Point of Retreat
by Colleen Hoover
SO good. I'm not sure it was better than the first, but definitely equal, which is high praise for a sequel in my book. I was a little worried about the cliche ex-girlfriend plotline taking too much of the focus, but it only sort of did. I felt like Lake and Will handled some realistic issues that they needed to and showed their immaturity of age a bit before growing together and gaining the experience with the help of some friends and those beautiful notes from Julia. I definitely teared up multiple times in this one!
