I enjoyed this book more this time. (If my 3 Star original rating is any indication.)
Quiet, sensitive football player, Ethan Dexter, has been interested in Fiona Mackenzie since he first met her two years ago. No other woman would do for him.
Now, they are both in the same city for one week and able to connect. Of course, his beard dare helps!
Dex is a virgin and wants Fiona to be his first. Plus, he wants to try a relationship with her, but she is wary. She lives in New York and he lives in Louisiana. Plus, he plays football and is gone a lot.
There are a lot of issues working against them to make their relationship work, though, including the paparazzi and “fans” out to make some money. It’s definitely interesting to see how they get through it.
