Lean in: Women, Work, and the Will to Lead
by Sheryl Sandberg
I thought the author made some good points, especially about division of labor in the home and about how women don't always support each other (which is really sad). But it's a little hard to have much sympathy for a billionaire who can afford to pay someone to do ALL the labor in her home--no need for her to fret about inequitable division of labor between herself and her husband. But I agree with most everything she says, especially for women who want to be "leaders" in the corporate world--but not all of us want that!
