wow!! an amazing addition to leigh bardugo's grishaverse. as usual, the characterisation is very enjoyable, with lots of flaws and lovable aspects. this novel deals with grief and inner demons, and is very interesting in terms of the political side of the universe as it delves into fjerda, shu han and ravka. it's fair to say i hated the ending, but only as much as i can't wait for kos2!!!
