Loveless by Alice Oseman

I think this book made me realize why I've struggled with reading fiction for so long. I thought I just didn't like reading narrative stories, so I stuck with nonfiction books on topics that interested me. But I now realize that it was actually just because I have never truly seen myself in a fictional character until now.
Asexuality can be very complicated, and my experience with it is different from Georgia's since I identify as a gray ace, but this book still managed to capture the ace experience perfectly. Even without fully relating to her feelings, I still felt like I understood her on a level that I've never had with any book before this.
