I listened to this by audiobook and at the end, there was an interview with the author. She told listeners that she had tried to write this book multiple times and done tons of research for it, and listening to it, I realized she HAD done her research and that's what made this book so great! I loved the detail and the plot and the anticipation and definitely the characters. This is a very unique story and I would recommend it to anyone! It's a story about overcoming societal norms and gender discrimination and just doing what you love no matter the opposition. Very inspiring and definitely one of my new favorites!
