The Happiness Project: Or Why I Spent a Year Trying to Sing in the Morning, Clean My Closets, Fight Right, Read Aristotle, and Generally Have More Fun by Gretchen Rubin

While I do appreciate that this book compelled me to clean my closets and provided me with book recommendations, I can't get past the fact that studies were just mentioned without citations or references.

Also, I can't seem to get into the quest-for-happiness type books. Especially one that does not involve travel, charity, or adversity. I kept thinking about this speech I watched a whole ago that criticized our obsession with being happy.
