Thanks to PRH Audio for the free copy of this book.
- BLESS THE BLOOD is a collection of essays and poems detailing the author’s experiences of being a queer disabled fat Black person interacting with the medical system.
- The audiobook is read by the author, and you feel every emotion they do as they relay their story.
- I didn’t find anything about this book to be particularly “young adult” even though it’s categorized as such. I definitely think people of all ages should read it.
