I read that reviews of this book and was like "Okay. Cool. I can handle that." So, I started reading the book and it wasn't until towards the end I was like "WTF!" I was screaming at my seat at work. It did all really come full circle. It was really a shame that " Veris' own child died after rescuing her from the forest and it really sucks for Aram as well because he might be lost forever BUT there is still hope since those two children revealed to be living in the forest although they were merely shells of themselves. I imagine that it was Elenore wanted to go back in. I also imagine that the Tyrant sent over food to Veris' village after Elenore explained about everything that has happened. It would have been really great if the deal was "one of your worse memories and then Elenore hit the God of the forest with that and got them both out.
