This was a great story! Lennie is on vacation in Norway and of course, misses her boat to go home. She's stranded here with no way to get down the fjord and find transportation home. The people here are closed off, and she finds herself in the middle of a yoga loving cop, and a grumpy forest ranger? Kind of.
Espen and Øyven have no idea what to do about Lennie. Espen goes the flirty route and Øyven chooses the grumpy route, but both end up far closer to her than they planned. Lennie decides she might as well have some fun before she goes home. Of course, she ends up missing yet another boat.
As Lennie finds herself deeper into the fae world, she gets to know the people in this place. While Espen and Øyven show her the beauty of the land, and...other things...she also begins to feel like she may have a place here with these fae of the fjord. Just as she gets comfy, everything falls apart, death and destruction begin, and her life will never be the same.
