Then by Morris Gleitzman

4.0

'Then' by Morris Gleitzman is a continuation of the book 'Once'. With an experienced to trilogies, I faced this book head on with the idea that this book would never be the best as the first. As unexpected, I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. Closing the book, I felt refreshed with the idea of knowing what closed the first book and all the tension that continued. It felt like it was never-ending. Even if the second book felt like it was another hook to help you continue to read, and that second books were kinda a continuation. Morris Gleitzman truly showed the hardships and the pain the character went through, and the ending was truly shocking. This is a series that would be unforgettable, just like the character Felix.
