Dreamtigers by Jorge Luis Borges

5.0

What can I say about Borges that does his writing justice? Brilliant, ephemeral, eternal . . . these brief sketches and poems must be read in small doses, to digest and reflect upon, as Borges reminds himself and his fortunate readers that the lines between the real and the imagined, today and eternity, are slim indeed, if they exist at all. Mostly written later in Borges' life, when the passages of time and life itself had become both more vivid and less concrete. Highly recommended as any of Borges' writing.
