The Lost Apothecary by Sarah Penner

4.0

I love books with a time element, whether it’s time travel or, like this one, a connection across centuries. Set partly in modern day London and partly in 1790s London, this story explores the stories of two women and a young girl separated by a couple of hundred years. It’s not a heavy, hard story, but there’s a little mystery and some history. It’s not terribly long (I read it in a day), and is an entertaining, light read.
