So I accidentally read OUABH before this, and just saying, I think the "friend" who wrote Donatella the letter at the end was

Jacks. Also, I ship Jacks and Evangeline, not Jacks and Tella. Sorry ya'll!

Anyway, this book started out slow, but once it got going, it was GOOD. Would recommend. (Also, you'll want to read this series before OUABH).
