Queen of Clubs was so good. What a fun way to round out my reading of the High Roller Omegas series. This book was so different from the others. While there was still some smurder, it was like the ps. of an afterthought. Queen of Clubs is like the best parts of the omegaverse, a rockstar romance, and a little MFMMM for good fun. While swords eventually always cross during an omegas heat we didn’t have to wait for that. The boys in the band came out swinging.

This story was so rich with context-and not in a boring way-making the pain and longing of these characters Jade and her guys grow up in a terrible foster home. With the guys being older, they’re forced to leave. But they’ve made promises that they’ll come back for her. While their music career picks up the communication lessons until they’re not taking her call or returning her messages. After presenting on her 18th birthday, she runs away from the foster home and seeks shelter at an omega center. Four years later, working at the High Roller, Jade likes her small predictable life. She’s only ever taken on one client, and boy is there a plot twist when the guys find her and find out who that client is.
