I've realized that this is probably my least favorite Penderwick book - but because it's a Penderwick book it is still of course an enjoyable read. It just doesn't hold my interest quite as much as the previous ones, and without spoiling anything, I've never really felt that certain character dynamics and reactions are explained enough.
