This is a book of essays, and there were some that I just didn't get into as much. However, I thought Keah had some really brilliant insights around rest, self-acceptance, and jealousy. I really related to some of the things she said about accepting herself and her limitations as a disabled person. I'm also disabled, although my disability is not the same as hers. She also had some really important things to say about how race intersects with disability. Overall, she has some really amazing insights, and this book is definitely worth reading.
Graphic: Self harm
Moderate: Racism and Ableism
