I admit I was expecting a bit more from this book. I listened to it on Audible and found it very repetitive and a bit... privileged.
The first part of the book is very interesting but a bit before it reaches the middle you can start to notice that it's just repeating the same things, over and over again. Also, I didn't see much advice on "how to be braver" and to overcome difficulties besides "just do it!" which is a very toxic and privileged mentality. Especially the idea that people can just take risks at work because "what's the worst it can happen?" takes out of the equation the people who cannot afford to lose their jobs.
Overall, I was disappointed with this book and I wouldn't really recommend it.
