Another cute, wholesome instalment in the Dream Harbor series. Really nice, easy reading, perfect for spring/summer.
I liked the story and really enjoyed the character development - it was great to see how each one changed and discovered their happiness. I thought the beginning of the book felt a little immature, but it grew on me and got better as it went on. I really enjoyed the tension between Archer and Iris too, and the scenes with them spending time with Olive and getting her out of her shell.
The tropes were well written, though I’m not a massive fan of theaccidental pregnancy trope and I thought it was very obvious what was coming. I did enjoy the other tropes though and I thought the epilogue was very sweet.
Recommend this for a comforting read or a palate cleanser. Be warned, it will make you crave pancakes!
