Beautifully written. I found it to be quite the eyeopener, especially regarding the ways of people from Sri Lanka. I found the authors use of fact, entwined with ficticious prose captivating and engaging.
I felt the book delved into some very triggering topics of our current time, with the author masterfully conveying her own thoughts and knowledge cleverly.
I particulary liked the depth given to each character. Every character (including the seemingly bad) had thier own experiences and history, leading them to their own present day perceptions, actions and reactions.
I originally gave this book 4 stars but as I recall the story, while trying to type this review, I find myself acknowledging the true depth of perception and integrity the author holds.
I look forward to future books from this author.
