These books are just so lovely and wonderful to escape into. As always, the art is beautiful in this one, and as always I wish I could step into its pages to experience the textures of its world--and to drink Tea Dragon tea, of course!
This book has a lovely, quiet patience about it when it comes to grief, and I'll never ceased to appreciate the gentleness these books encourage, the ways in which characters care for and about one another without the sentiment ever feeling cloying. These are truly wonderful books.
