Clockwork Princess
by Cassandra Clare
Okay. I was torn between 4.5 and 5 stars. Leaving it at 5 for now? I dunno. Did it drag on at a couple places, yes. But was the story as a whole, the characters journeys and the love triangle satisfying as hell in all of yhe different endings and circle backs, YES.
The only love triangle that will ever be believable to me and didn't hate reading because there was some obvious choice. Lovable characters, development and good hearts for the people around them, deep and rich love. Yeah. I think the nicely wrapped up plot lines of what Tessa was, the clockwork angel, not everyone got out alive or unchanged, satisfying archs for the Lightwoods, and the love triangle ending in the only way that could have felt resolved and fulfilled... means 5 stars. Well done on this one Cassie
