4.5
The characters aren't too deep, but there are arcs for Mackenzie and Noah that has them both grow. Diversity is meh. I don't remember any characters specifically described diversely, but there is a Gay Best Friend who ends up being vital to the plot.
Graphic: Sexual content
Moderate: Cursing
Minor: Medical content
This is A/B/O and yes there is knotting in the smut scenes, as well as scenting and possessiveness. There's also pressure from Mackenzie's and Noah's families for them to have children but nothing more serious than "it would be nice to have grandchildren". The medical content is also mostly just the fact that they work in a hospital and are both doctors. And a lot of stuff at the beginning are hand waved as "hormones" by both MCs.
