I didn’t like this book nearly as much as Beach Read or Book Lovers, also by Emily Henry. The amount of binge drinking in this book made me uncomfortable, and some of the things that Poppy found sweet about Alex were borderline disturbing. For the most part I liked the characters, but this one just didn’t work for me.
