Patriot: A Memoir by Alexei Navalny

funny hopeful informative inspiring reflective sad
such an interesting insight into life on the inside of russia. navalny was a great man who somehow managed to say sane and humourous whilst living under Putin's insanity. genuinely this book is so funny even if it is tinged with the bittersweet at times.
i feel i understand him more now; his motivations,  his love of his wife and family, his foundation and most importantly his fervent love for his country.
this book reminded me that there are so many things to be grateful for and that freedom of speech is a priveledge so we should never be silent.
