An enjoyable book with a very interesting world and the fantasy races in it were very vivid and had their own life to them.
However, it did meander a lot and the quirkiness of the writing style was what made me give it a 3.5 as the quirkiness wasn’t for me.
However, I must add that I will look forward to any future books by Buehlman especially in this world.
