Fun start to a fun series
It was a fun start to a new medium series. Good mix of humor and feels. Just annoyed with both characters at one point or another, so 4.5 stars vs 5.
Danny was so mad at Rain for keeping secrets that when he did let it all out, he ignored him. He let everyone berate him, I'm sorry, nope, that's not good. He does help later when he realizes Rain wasn't lying. It's worth a read. I will read book 2 to see if it is like how the series progresses.
