This was the coziest slow burn I think I’ve ever read, with just enough of CLo’s classic spice. Evie and Carter have got to be one of my favorite Christina Lauren couples who actually manage to realize when they’re being idiots and admit it. HALLELUJAH! I loved that there was the added aspect of workplace misogyny, a book set it Hollywood really wouldn’t have been complete without it (as unfortunate as that is) and it added a deeper level to the book beyond the romance.
