I have ran the marathon. I’ve lived five lives. I will think about this book for the rest of my life.
I’ve attempted to read this three different times over the course of 4 years and I will say I don’t think I could’ve read it before now. It took me many months of taking it slow and processing grief in my own life as well as in the novel. It will stand as a book that changed my life for the better or worse, and while I’m not sure I can recommend it to anyone I am deeply engaged in every media surrounding this story.
