Dragonmark by Sherrilyn Kenyon

1.0

I feel I got ripped off. I can't believe what a crappy job Kenion has done with this one.

"What did she do?" you'd say. I'll tell what she did: she just copied one of her previous books and dared calling it a new one.

THANK GOD I DIDN'T BUY THIS RUBBISH.
(end of the rant) *sighs*

I have to say I was really excited when I started this "new" Dark Hunter novel; after all, I am a fan of the saga. But halfway through the story, Dragonmark met Cadegan's and Max's stories. Everything would've been just fine if SK had summarised those and actually developed Illarion's conclusion. Instead, there's a 49% of this book that actually quotes another book.

This is a first one for me. I've always loved SK's work, but this was just too much. Or should I say too little??

PS: To be fair, I have to say the first half (the one that actually belonged to Dragonmark) was really good. But that only makes what she did after that even worse.
