Minor: Fatphobia
it's been a bit of a Pratchett thing to descripe people pretty scathingly by body size and shape but it didn't feel like it normally did in this book. it felt like it was making fun of fat millennials and delicate snowflakes type vibes. i haven't read enough neil gaiman to know if this is more his influence
