I read this on Kindle which is significant because I'll read something that way that I would never pick up as a printed book. This falls into that category but it wasn't a bad book. The Kindle format is actually a mess (two different fonts and colors, massive spacing between sentences and paragraphs) but that shouldn't affect the read too much.

The story is good - it moves forward at a good pace and has a couple turns that keep it interesting but the writing is just okay. Some of the descriptions feel pretty repetitive and the dialogue is a bit inauthentic.

The ending is a little trite but it does fit with the story.

Overall a quick, light read.
