Hated this book, the main plot twists were expected and dark- nonconsensual sexual trauma, PTSD, forced marriage themes were awful. The strong female character was not well rounded, mostly relying on rushing through to the crucible. The whole event was blurred, confusing and it dragged on for too long. I wanted to enjoy the rewritten Greek mythology aspects but her story development was poor - and spoiled by the title and synopsis even before opening the book. Would not recommend.
