Missing, Presumed by Susie Steiner
3.0
I'd say 3 and a half stars. A young Cambridge, UK student, the daughter of nobility, goes missing triggering a large police and media case. DS Manon Bradshaw of the Cambridge Police, single and lonely, is on the team investigating the missing person case that might be connected to some other crimes. The book is written from multiple points of view (not one of my favorite plot devices) and there is more emphasis on personality and psychology than the mystery. The book is very readable and had an interesting premise, but I would have preferred more of an emphasis on the investigation.
