I went into this book blind to the plot, but having heard of Cage's other books, so I had an idea of what to expect but also no idea what was coming at all. The plot was actually the best part, I think. Overall it felt well-rounded, the pacing kept me interested and I was invested in the storyline. There were some plot-twists that I didn't see coming and most importantly, the book was fun! It's a good book and I had a good time reading it.
The characters felt lackluster to me, specifically in the chemistry department. I didn't feel like Domino and Whitney really liked each other outside of the circumstances forcing them together. I actually liked Whitney's banter with her friends better! That being said, I'm still going to go back and read Cage's other books so she did something right.
