Archangel's Legion by Nalini Singh

4.0

4 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

He laughed, her dangerous lover who wore his strength as a second skin and had a face of such violent masculine beauty that she was stunned anew each time she realized he belonged to her. Hair of darkest midnight and eyes of a painful blue found nowhere else on this earth, Raphael was a man blooded with power—no one would ever mistake him for anything but what he was: an archangel who had the capacity to snuff out a life as easily as she might crush an ant.

So delighted to have Elena and Raphael back! Nalini knows how to keep her readers hooked to the series and manages to seamlessly introduce new plotlines and dangers for the characters to deal with.

You'd think after book 3 we'll only see Elena and Raphael as background players and basking in their happily ever after, but not when their city is swept by a deadly disease that could possibly be anything but a natural phenomena.

It could be that the disease might've been created and weaponized by their enemies... but who?

As they are haunted by this new wave of death, Elena and Raphael's relationship goes through highs and lows (which I appreciate) but you would not doubt for a second the pure love they feel for one another.

I'm very curious to see how the next books will go pay out as there were some interesting reveals in this one!
