This book had me rolling with laughter!! A perfect gift for Mother’s Day or baby showers, through this book Kimberly takes us through the birth journey every mother goes through and it’s aftermath. Everyone can relate to the incidents that Kimberly has so amazingly penned downed. For me, as I was reading the book, I could visualize my childhood and all those stories that my mom has told me about my birth and early childhood. A hilarious take on motherhood, Birth and Other Surprises is a unique book. You can read any chapter in any pattern in the book and it’ll still make sense!
The book captured my attention from the start and the definitions that the author has provided time to time in the book had me grinning. An absolute delight, I would recommend this book to everyone who loves humor. We’ve all had similar incidences as described in the book which makes it super relatable. I was also amazed about a lot of things that were new to me. Thanks Kimberly for giving us an amazing book!
